2ndSafe charges a USPS flat rate of 3.95 for one item shipped. If you have to ship your item back to us for any reason we will refund your shipping if any part of a 2ndSafe unit is found to be faulty from the factory.

Bulk orders will have an increased shipping rate, found on the bulk item pages.



We make every effort to fulfill your order correctly, completely and with the utmost care and concern. However, we do realize that sometimes returns are unavoidable. If you need to return an item for either exchange or refund, please read the following guidelines:

All returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice shipping date. Please take the time to inspect your item within 15 days of the invoice shipping date. Returns made after 15 days will not be refund.

Any newly manufactured item should be returned to the manufacturer for exchange. In most cases, the manufacturer carries the warranty on these parts and needs to be replaced by the factory as not to void that warranty. When in doubt, please contact the manufacturer first to arrangements for the return.

Exchanges are handled in the order received. Depending upon season, volume of business or product availability, you may experience a short delay in receiving your exchange. To avoid any delay on exchange, refunds must have original packing Invoice or Packing Slip from original buyer.

All returns are subject to inspection or testing at our facility. If we deem the product to be satisfactory and as advertised, the total refund could be less a 25% restocking fee.

All accessories originally shipped with the item must be returned with the item (including magazines, etc.) to receive a full refund.

Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returned items should be sent using Ground service through any carrier. Charges incurred from shipping centers will not be reimbursed.
